Ada joined UEEC in November 2024, bringing diverse experience across project coordination, environmental communications, and business development. Having recently graduated from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex with an MSc in Climate Change, Development and Policy, she has a broad perspective of ecology and sustainability management. Her dissertation, awarded with distinction, focused on the carbon emissions of food systems.

Prior to joining Urban Edge, Ada worked with the UNDP and the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) in South Korea, where she supported international partnerships, coordinated knowledge-sharing initiatives, and conducted research on green development strategies. She also managed external communications, including the production of policy briefs, reports, and social media campaigns.

Alongside her studies, Ada has been an active student journalist for The Badger newspaper at Sussex, and volunteers in the leadership team of ClimaTalk, a youth-led non-profit demystifying climate policy and science. She also wrote for Carbon Brief over the summer.

Outside of work, Ada enjoys exploring nature, writing creatively, and supporting grassroots environmental and animal rights campaigns. She is passionate about bridging the gap between science, policy, and people to drive meaningful change.
