We’re delighted to be extending our relationship with Fareham Borough Council through our appointment to a new environmental planning contract in support of the Local Plan.

The project addresses two key documents in the Borough’s LDF, the Site Allocations and Development Management DPD and Fareham Town Centre Area Action Plan. Our work will involve the preparation of Strategic Environmental Assessments and Habitats Regulations Assessments for both plans.

Our key responsibilities will be to ensure the Council takes account of the environmental and ecological implications of planned development within the plan, and to provide advice on meeting and exceeding statutory requirements.
